Eniko Tozser-Kurencs - Build a portfolio aligned to strongest interests
Finding immense satisfaction in the smaller, more personal moments.
:quality(90)/)
Since last year, my life has been filled with the joyful energy of a Samoyed puppy. She has quickly become my loyal companion, and our time together—walking through nature, teaching, and playing—has brought me immense happiness. Beyond those moments, I find balance and strength in my passion for reformer Pilates and losing myself in a good book.
What inspires me most are people who are brave enough to follow their hearts, take small but meaningful steps, and embrace change. Those who are unafraid to stand by their beliefs, chart their own path, and work to make the world a better place for others are the ones who ignite my spirit.
My career journey
My professional journey is rooted in my dual passions. I graduated in life sciences, but my interest in people and human connections led me to pursue HR-related studies alongside my main field. When I joined the Regulatory Capabilities Team in 2021, I found myself in a unique role where these two fields beautifully intertwined. Today, I am responsible for regulatory publishing activities and for supporting our people. It is a role that feels tailor-made for me, allowing me to build a portfolio that aligns with my strongest interests. This blend of science, people, and purpose is what makes this organization such a special and unique place to work.
The culture here is something I deeply cherish. In this friendly yet professional, supportive, and respectful environment, we achieve milestones together. The collaboration I have experienced is unlike anything I have ever seen before. For example, the sense of accomplishment that comes with successfully sending a regulatory dossier to health authorities is indescribable. It is the culmination of months of effort by diverse teams working in harmony toward a common goal. The teamwork is extraordinary—built on respect, patience, and the shared understanding that everything we do is driven by our commitment to "doing now what patients need next."
However, it is not just about the major milestones. I find immense satisfaction in the smaller, more personal moments—like helping a colleague navigate a challenge or finding a creative solution that makes someone’s day a little easier or brighter. These moments remind me of the impact we can have on one another’s lives, and they reinforce my belief that meaningful work goes beyond tasks and deadlines.
For me, life is never about seeing situations as final. I believe that every experience teaches us something valuable, even when things don’t go as planned. Reflection is key—taking time to understand what has happened and why helps us refine our approach and move forward with greater clarity and resilience.
