Eniko Varga - Having a uniquely rewarding experience in Incubator

One of my greatest passions is sewing. Creating clothes allows me to express myself through fashion and design, transforming fabric into unique, handcrafted pieces. It is a fulfilling and creative hobby that brings me immense satisfaction and a sense of accomplishment. The festive season, particularly the months leading up to Christmas, is my favorite time of the year. I find pure delight in decorating, sipping warm tea, and taking serene walks in the snow. There is a magical quality to this time that fills my heart with warmth and nostalgia, making every moment feel special.

Rather than drawing inspiration from a single person, I am motivated by a variety of individuals in different ways. My family and close friends play a significant role in shaping who I am, offering unwavering support, encouragement, and perspective. Their belief in me strengthens my resolve and inspires me to be the best version of myself. In my professional life, I am inspired by colleagues who exemplify dedication, creativity, and integrity. Their passion for their work pushes me to set higher goals and continuously strive for excellence.

My career journey

I dedicated eight years of my career to 3M, where I started as a Customer Service Specialist and eventually advanced to Supervisor, overseeing a talented team of 17 customer service agents across three European countries. When organizational changes led to the termination of my position, I faced an unexpected turning point. However, this transition opened doors to an incredible opportunity at Roche, where I was offered the role of Commercial Support Chapter Leader. When I joined in September 2023, our team consisted of six members. Through dedication and strategic leadership, I have proudly overseen its growth, tripling the team’s size within a year and expanding its operations across two locations.

What resonates most with me about working here is the perfect blend of culture and purpose. Culture is the foundation of any thriving workplace as it fosters respect, collaboration, and a strong sense of community. Being part of an organization where shared values and mutual support are celebrated creates an empowering and motivating environment. Equally important is purpose. The knowledge that my work directly contributes to something meaningful. Our commitment to "doing now what patients need next" is deeply inspiring, reminding me that my efforts make a tangible impact on patients' lives. This sense of purpose fuels my drive and passion for my role.
