:quality(90)/)
From data to discovery, Adrian shows how curiosity and reflection can shape both personal and professional success.
Inspiration
I have always been inspired by Leonardo da Vinci. He had unlimited curiosity and was able to bridge art, science, and engineering, proving that human creativity has no boundaries. His example motivates me to stay curious, explore different fields and keep learning throughout life.
Loving Roche because of…
its sense of a greater purpose by bringing forth innovative therapies that have a real human impact. It is gratifying to add my modest contribution to this endeavor, especially in these difficult times.
My career journey
I graduated as a mechanical engineer and completed an executive master of business administration several years later. I worked in Data since 2000 - first at Nestlé and since 2021, have been part of the Roche Data family.
Self-development
I apply a learning method that focuses on paying close attention and continuously evaluating my actions and their outcomes. I make a point of learning both from my own experiences and from others, adding these insights to my personal "experience stock" - a growing portfolio of skills, knowledge, and practical know-how. I do not avoid analyzing negative outcomes. At times, they can be a source for the best learning and thus, best preparation for success.
Maintaining passion
Challenges bring learning and growth which prepare us for greater commitments. I think about my larger personal goals and the broader mission of our Company.
My career advice
Your career will be as exciting as you make it. Stay open to learning, collaborate across teams, and embrace new opportunities. It is in your hands to make a difference and to grow within the supportive and collaborative environment that RSS offers.
