During my free time, you will often find me on the road. As a passionate long-distance runner, I have completed both half and full marathons. The physical challenge draws me in, as the mental simulation provides clarity and a deep sense of purpose. Running teaches resilience, focus, and the joy of progress - qualities I carry into every aspect of my life.
With my deep love for travel, I often blend both passions by running marathons in some of the world’s most inspiring cities, from the electric streets of New York to the historic charm of Berlin. In the midst of training for my fifth marathon, I continue to chase not only new finish lines but also new perspectives.
People inspire me. I am moved by their drive, stories, and potential. My greatest fulfillment comes from being a catalyst for growth, helping individuals as well as organizations uncover and reach their highest potential. It is incredibly rewarding enabling others to thrive, and watching them soar.
My Career Journey
I have had the privilege of being part of Roche for the past eight years. Since joining, I worked as a People & Culture Business Partner, supporting various areas across the company. Each step of this journey has deepened my connection to the organization and broadened my understanding of how we can grow together.
Today, I support RSS Americas, the hosted functions, and global Enterprise Capabilities. What resonates most with me is the powerful intersection of culture, purpose, innovation, and structure. These elements create a dynamic and supportive ecosystem where people are empowered to build meaningful and impactful careers.
One of the highlights of my professional life was being the very first employee of our shared services in Costa Rica. It is a moment I will always treasure. Being part of something from the ground up, helping shape the foundation of what would become a thriving organization, has been nothing short of extraordinary. Watching it grow and evolve reminds me every day that with the right mindset and vision, the sky truly is the limit.
Currently, I serve as the Business Partner for Enterprise Capabilities. This role has been an incredible journey of learning, as I have had the chance to collaborate with some of the most talented individuals whose work directly empowers and elevates diverse areas of our business.
At my core, I am deeply passionate about continuous learning and personal growth. Every challenge is a doorway to discovery, an invitation to sharpen skills, gain new insight, and grow stronger. Each hurdle I have overcome has better prepared me for the road ahead, making me not just more resilient but more deeply connected to my purpose. I am driven by a desire to grow, to contribute, and to help others do the same. Because in the end, success isn’t just about reaching our goals. Rather, it is about who we become along the way.
