During my free time, I find my greatest joy in spending quality time with my children. They inspire me every single day to be the best version of myself. Reading about psychology and personal development is another passion of mine, as is going to concerts, especially those featuring the ‘90s rock bands, which always help me reconnect with my energy.
Staying active is important to me, both physically and mentally. I maintain regular exercise and wellness routines that help me stay grounded, especially during times of stress or uncertainty. Thus, my love for being in nature. You will find me hiking, heading to the beach, or simply taking in the fresh air.
My career journey
Over the past two decades, I have built a career in Human Resources across multinational companies, driven by a deep sense of purpose and a passion for people. For the last seven years I have the privilege of being part of Roche, and for the past four, I have served as the People & Culture Business Partner for RSS Americas. It has been an incredible journey of continuous learning, growth, and meaningful collaboration.
The values I grew up with—honesty and hard work—have always been my compass, both in life and in my career. What resonates most with me at Roche is our shared sense of purpose and the respectful, collaborative culture we have built. It is incredibly fulfilling to be in an environment where people genuinely care and where our long-term vision drives sustainable impact. Being part of a company that puts patients at the center while also investing in its people keeps me inspired and committed every day.
One of the most meaningful parts of my role has been partnering in the development of the RSS Americas site since 2018. Being involved from the early stages and watching it grow to support over 1,170 colleagues has been incredibly rewarding. It shows that the possibilities are endless when both purpose and people come together.
My journey hasn’t been without its challenges, but I have come to see obstacles as part of the process. Resilience, for me, means embracing both the highs and the lows while learning from each experience. Staying anchored in my purpose, practicing self-care, and nurturing a growth mindset have helped me move forward with confidence and clarity.
What truly sets my journey apart is the sense of collaboration I have experienced. You are never alone in finding solutions at Roche. The support from colleagues is helpful and empowering.
